The Grand Champagne Brunch (2nd Edition)
Ten of 1-Group’s renowned brands come together for an exceptional afternoon, 55 storeys above Orchard Road. Indulge in a spectacular seafood spread of half lobsters, scallops, poached mussels and freshly shucked oysters, alongside artisanal charcuterie, fine cheeses and signature creations from across the group.
Adding to the occasion, Michelin-starred Chef Paul Longworth makes his 1-Group debut with an exclusive first taste of his cuisine, while a procession of roving desserts brings the afternoon to a sweet close.
